MSPMP
The Municipal Services Performance Measurement Programme is an initiative designed to provide ULB’s with a tool to improve their services over time and taxpayers with useful information on service delivery. The MSPMP will help Local Governments to measure and report to taxpayers on their service delivery performance. The MSPMP System has two outcomes: one the Municipal Services Performance Report and the other the Municipal Services Citizens Report. The objectives of the programme are:

• To provide a tool to assess how well municipal services are delivered
• To improve performance
• To strengthen accountability to taxpayers
• To provide an information resource that allows municipalities to share strategies and learn new or better practices from one another.
