Sir,

Inviting reference to your letter cited above, I am directed to say that payment of relief assistance in shape of HB assistance, Ex-gratia, clothing etc. can not be administered out of CRF in case of manmade fire incidents. These assistances may be met out of Red Cross or Chief Minister Relief Fund.

Only the food assistance (Emergent relief) to the affected people in such cases can be given in order to avert starvation & ensure food security.
