Matters relating to organisations like OPSC, OSSC, OAT, GAA, which are under administrative control of General Administration. All matters relating to appointment of Chairman, Members in OPSC, OAT, OSSC, and their personal matters like pay fixation, pension etc. and other matters referred to General Administration Department by above organisation.

3. Supervision of the following activities of Office Establishment-II Section:

(a0 matters relating to the personal related matters of Caretaker Establishment including appointment, entitlements, increments, leave, GPF, pension and other retiral benefits etc.

(b) Procurement / supply / maintenance of contingent items, furniture, office equipments including electronic ones, office stationary and various miscellaneous materials for use in General Administration Department , vehicles, telephones, stock and store, payment of telephone bills, electricity bills, water supply bills etc. relating to General Administration Department.

4. Matters relating to use of State Government Air Craft. Imparting flying training to the trainee pilots. Maintenance of 19 nos. of Air Strips. Provision for release of State Quota in the service flights. In collaboration with Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, the civil aviation matters of the State are taken up.
