An autonomous Film & Television Institution was established with World Bank assistance. It is  well equipped with most advanced equipment for providing effective training so that students going out of the Institute will feel   confident to meet the  national as well as global competitive market.

1. Film Wing   : It is having 35mm Arriflex  435 film     Camera, 16mm Ariflex SR-III  Camera.
2. Television Wing : Adequate of number of Video Cameras (DXC-637P) alongwith light equipment &, outdoor van etc. are available for outdoor shooting.
3. Multipurpose floor : A 60 ft. X 40 ft. centrally air conditioned studio floor is available for Film & Video production. 3 Nos. of Video cameras (both Analog & Digital) with a production switcher,  Betacam recorder for on line recording & movable lighting grids are other facilities.
4. Dubbing Studio  : Fully air conditioned, well designed acoustic and modern equipment  provides total requirement of Film dubbing and Re-Recording of films.
5. Music Studio    : The Music studio is having Tascam-DA-98, Tascam 122 MH III, Tascam 302, Tascam CD 601, Sound scape V 2.01 audio work station, Tascam TMD digital mixer, Tascam DA-30 MKII, Tascam TSR-8, Tascam-32, Equaliser, Computers, variety of microphones

 
6. Video  Editing Wing  : It consists of SVHS, Low band, High band Betacam editing set up to provide training from A to Z in video editing. Digital Editing facility has been created with D-Vision online.
 
7. Film Editing Wing : It provides 16/35mm combination steanback editing machine with all other tools for film editing.
8. Class room teaching : The Institute is having over head projector, slide  projector, video projector, large screen projection, TV.,  VCR etc. to support the faculty for Class room teaching & a  air conditioned seminar hall.
9. Auditorium  :  A 350 seater auditorium with 35mm Film projection facility is available for screening of
