          The 10th Session of the 13th Orissa Legislative Assembly was summoned for 10 days commencing from 21.3.2007 to 2.4.2007 The Governor of Orissa had summoned the session on recommendation of the Chief Minister in anticipation of approval of the Cabinet.  The Council of Ministers accorded ex-post facto approval for the same.
