NOTIFICATION

In supersession to this Department Notification No.5655/PAD dated 18^th August, 2005 and Notification No.6243/PAD dated 12^th September, 2005 and in pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, Shri Niranjan Dash,O.S.S., Under Secretary to Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department is hereby designated as State Public Information Officer in respect of Parliamentary Affairs Department.

2. In pursuance of the provisions contained in Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, Shri Bana Bihari Jena, OAS-I(S.B.), Deputy Secretary to Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department is hereby designated as First Appellate Authority in respect of Parliamentary Affairs Department.

3. Shri Braja Kishore Routray, OSS, Section Officer, Level-I of Parliamentary Affairs Department is hereby designated as State Assistant Public Information Officer in respect of Parliamentary Affairs Department.

This order will come into force with immediate effect.
