1. The Provisional
gradation list of OAS-I(JB) Officers as on 1.1.2008 has been
prepared on the basis of their seniority assigned by the Selection
Board held for the recruitment years.
2. The inter-se seniority of officers continuing on adhoc
basis is provisional, subject to concurrence of O.P.S.C. without
prejudice to the cases pending in O.A.T./ High Court/ Supreme Court.
3. Any
omission/commission detected in the gradation list and objection if
any with sufficient justification and documentary evidence are
invited from the officers concerned.
4.
Request for any omission/commission/ Objection must be sent to
Revenue and Disaster Management Department within 30 days from the
date of issue of this order for consideration of Government. The
representation received in this regard after stipulated date will be
liable for rejection.
5.
The above provisional gradation list of OAS-I(JB)
